(a) Section 602(a) (5) of Public Law 94–63 is amended by inserting “, $2,000,000 for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $8,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977” after “1976”. (b) Section 602(b) (4) of Public Law 94–63 is amended by inserting “, $1,000,000 for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, and $4,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977” after “1976”.
