CONSULTATION WITH STATE AGENCIES, AREA AGENCIES ON AGING, AND NATIVE AMERICAN GRANT RECIPIENTS.

SEC. 204. CONSULTATION WITH STATE AGENCIES, AREA AGENCIES ON AGING, AND NATIVE AMERICAN GRANT RECIPIENTS. The Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3001 et seq.) is amended by inserting after section 203 the following: “SEC. 203A. CONSULTATION WITH STATE AGENCIES, AREA AGENCIES ON AGING, AND NATIVE AMERICAN GRANT RECIPIENTS. “The Commissioner shall consult and coordinate with State agencies, area agencies on aging, and recipients of grants under title VI in the development of Federal goals, regulations, program instructions, and policies under this Act.”.
