extension of the international education act of 1966 Sec. 303. Section 105(a) of the International Education Act of 1966 is amended to read as follows: “Sec. 105. (a) There are authorized to be appropriated $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1977, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this title.”.
