extension of the allen j. ellender fellowship program Sec. 322. Section 5 of the joint, resolution approved October 19, 1972 (Public Law 92–506; 86 Stat. 908), relating to the Allen J. Ellender fellowship program, is amended by striking out “two“ and by inserting after “years” the following: “ending prior to October 1, 1976, $750,000 for each of the fiscal years 1977 and 1978, and $1,000,000 for fiscal year 1979 and for each of the fiscal years ending prior to October 1, 1982”.
