extension of fund for improvement of postsecondary education Sec. 402. (a) Section 404 of the General Education Provisions Act is amended by striking out “support for” in the heading of such section and inserting in lieu thereof “fund for the”. 90 STAT. 2227 (b) Section 404(e) of the General Education Provisions Act is amended by striking out “for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975” and inserting in lieu thereof “for each succeeding fiscal year ending prior to October 1, 1979”.
