(b) Section 422(b) of the General Education Provisions Act is amended by striking out “March 31” and inserting in lieu thereof “June 30”. (c) Section 4(b) (1) of the Special Projects Act is amended by striking out “February 1” and inserting in lieu thereof “March 1.” (d) (1) Section 825(a) of the Education Amendments of 1974 is amended by striking out “June 30, 1976” and inserting in lieu thereof “August 31, 1977”.” (2) Section 825(c) of such Act is amended by striking out “December 1, 1976” and inserting in lieu thereof “August 81, 1977”.
