Paragraphs (2) and (3) of section 1018 of the Act are amended to read as follows: “(2) admits as regular students persons who are high school graduates or the equivalent, or beyond the age of compulsory School attendance; “(3) provides a postsecondary education program leading to an associate degree or acceptable for credit toward a bachelor’s degree;”.
