effective dates Sec. 532. The provisions of this Act and the amendments made by this Act shall take effect 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act except— (1) as specifically otherwise provided; and (2) that each amendment made by this Act (not subject to clause (1) of this section) providing for authorization of appropriations shall take effect July 1, 1976.
