Sec. 306. Section 1723(a) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking out at the end of clause (2) “or”; (2) by striking out at the end of clause (3) the period and inserting in lieu thereof “; or”; and (3) by adding at the end thereof a new clause (4) as follows: “(4) any independent study program except one leading to a Standard college degree.”.
