judicial planning expenses funding Sec. 106. Section 204 of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 is amended by inserting “the judicial planning committee and” between the words “by” and “regional” in the first sentence; and by striking out the words “expenses, shall,” and inserting in lieu thereof “expenses shall”.
