SEC. 421. PAYMENTS OF GRANTS FOR DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS. Section 432(c) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3037a(c)) is amended by striking “unless the Commissioner” and all that follows and inserting “unless the Commissioner— “(1) consults with the State agency prior to issuing the grant or contract; and “(2) informs the State agency of the purposes of the grant or contract when the grant or contract is issued.”.
