Sec. 301. (a) Section 312(h) of the Housing Act of 1964 is amended by striking out “one-year” and inserting in lieu thereof “two-year”. (b) Section 312(d) of such Act is amended by inserting “ending prior to July 1, 1975, and not to exceed $100,000,000 for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 1975,” after “each fiscal year”.
