Section 313(g) of the National Housing Act is amended by adding the following at the end thereof: “Such total amount shall89 STAT. 256 be increased on or after the date of enactment of the Emergency Housing Act of 1975, by such amount as is approved in an appropriation Act, but not to exceed $10,000,000,000, and the Association shall not issue obligations pursuant to this section utilizing authority which is conferred by this sentence or which is conferred by the first sentence of this subsection but uncommitted on October 18, 1975, except as approved in appropriation Acts.”.
