delmakva hail study Sec. 302. The Interstate Commerce Commission shall, within 6 months after the date of enactment of this Act, submit a report to the Congress with respect to the problems of, and need for, rail transportation services on the Delaware-Maryland-Virginia peninsula. Such report shall include— (1) an analysis of why the acquisitions proposed under the final system plan with respect to rail properties on such peninsula were not consummated; and (2) recommendations with respect to the continuation or extension of viable rail transportation service on such peninsula.
