Section 303(a)(1) of the Rail Passenger Service Act (45 U.S.C. 543 (a)(1)) is amended— (1) by striking out the period at the end of subparagraph (A) thereof and inserting in lieu thereof “, and the President of the Corporation, ex officio,”; and (2) by striking out “Nine” in subparagraph (B) thereof and inserting in lieu thereof “Eight”.
