SEC. 601. APPLICATIONS BY TRIBAL ORGANIZATIONS. Section 614(a) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3057e(a)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (10) by striking “and” at the end; (2) in paragraph (11) by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and (3) by adding at the end the following: 106 STAT. 1270 “(12) contain assurances that the tribal organization will coordinate services provided under this part with services provided under title III in the same geographical area.”.
