DUAL ELIGIBILITY.

SEC. 506. DUAL ELIGIBILITY. The Older American Community Service Employment Act (42 U.S.C. 3056–3056g) is amended by adding at the end the following: “SEC. 510. DUAL ELIGIBILITY. “In the case of projects under this title carried out jointly with programs carried out under the Job Training Partnership Act, eligible individuals shall be deemed to satisfy the requirements of section 203 of such Act (29 U.S.C. 1603) that are applicable to adults.”.
