Sec. 321. Section 403 of the Act of October 26, 1974 (88 Stat. 1447), is amended by adding the following new subsection (c): “(c) To carry out the priority repairs as determined by the study performed in accordance with subsection (a) of this section, and to complete additional detailed studies to accomplish the work so identified, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary, but not more than $2,733,000. No funds authorized to 90 STAT. 2742be appropriated pursuant to this subsection shall be available prior to October 1, 1977.”.
