repeal of laws relating to rights-of way Sec. 706. (a) Effective on and after the date of approval of this Act U.S. 2477 (43 U.S.C. 932) is repealed in its entirety and the following statutes or parts of statutes are repealed insofar as they apply to the issuance of rights-of-way over, upon, under, and through the public lands and lands in the National Forest System: Act of Chapter Section Statute atLarge 43 U.S. Code Revised Statutes 2339 661.
