Salaries and Expenses For salaries and expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of the Technology Assessment Act of 1972 (Public Law 92–484), $6,050,000: Provided, That, not to exceed $435,000 of the funds remain-89 STAT. 287ing unobligated as of June 30, 1975, shall be merged with and also be available for the general purposes of this appropriation. For “Salaries and expenses” for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $1,512,000.
