effective date Sec. 942. The amendments made by section 941 shall take effect July 1, 1975. Except as otherwise specifically provided, the amendments made by section 941 to provisions of title VIII of the Act are made to such provisions as in effect July 1, 1975, and as amended by part B of this title.
