technical amendments Sec. 911. (a) (1) Title VIII is amended by inserting after the heading for part A the following: “Subpart I—Construction Assistance”. (2) The heading for part A is amended by striking out “Grants” and inserting in lieu thereof “Assistance”. (b) Section 809 is inserted after section 804 and is redesignated as section 805.
