(b) Subsection (b) of such section is amended by striking out “subsection (i)” and inserting in lieu thereof “subsection (f)”. (c) Title VIII is amended by inserting after section 805 (as so redesignated by section 102(b) of this Act) the following: “Subpart II—Capitation Grants”.
