Section 860 is amended— (1) by striking out “1972, and for each of the next three fiscal years” in subsection (b) and in subsection (c) (1) (A) inserting in lieu thereof “1976, and for each of the next two fiscal years”; (2) by striking out “June 30, 1976” in the second sentence, of subsection (b) and in subsection (c) (1) (B) and inserting in lieu thereof “September 30, 1979”; and (3) by striking out “July 1, 1975” in the second sentence of subsection (b) and in subsection (e)(1)(B) and inserting in lieu thereof “October 1, 1978”.
