(a) Section 317(h) (1) of the Public Health Service Act is amended by striking out “and RH disease” and inserting in lieu thereof “, RH disease, and diseases borne by rodents”. (b) Section 317(d)(3) of such Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: “There is authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1976 $20,000,000 for grants under this section for communicable and other disease control programs for diseases borne by rodents.”.
