Notwithstanding the limitation contained in the proviso in the paragraph under the subheading “Contributions to International Organizations” in title I of the Act of October 25, 1972 (86 Stat. 1110), $7,281,583 of the amount authorized to be appropriated by section 101(a) (2) of this Act may be used to pay the unpaid portion 91 STAT. 845of the United States assessed contributions to the World Health Organization for the calendar years 1974 through 1977.
