(a) (1) Subsection (a) of the first section of the Foreign Service Buildings Act, 1926, is amended by striking out “pursuant to” in the first sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “to carry out”. (2) Subsection (b) of such section is amended by striking out “under authority of” and inserting in lieu thereof “to carry out”. (b) Section 6 of such Act is amended by striking out “of not less than ten years”.
