Procurement, Marine Corps (including transfer of funds) For expenses necessary for the procurement, manufacture, and modification of missiles, armament, ammunition, military equipment, spare parts, and accessories therefor; plant equipment, appliances, and machine tools, and installation thereof in public and private plants; reserve plant and Government and contractor-owned equipment lay-away; and vehicles for the Marine Corps, including purchase of not to exceed one hundred and eighty-eight passenger motor vehicles for replacement only; $440,400,000, and in addition, $9,800,000 which shall be derived by transfer from “Procurement, Marine Corps, 1977/1979”, to remain available for obligation until September 30, 1980.
