nonapplicability of section 107 of the agricultural act of 1949, as amended, to the 1977 crop of wheat Sec. 410. Except as otherwise provided in section 401 of this Act, section 107 of the Agricultural Act of 1949, as added by the Agricultural Act of 1970, as amended, to be effective only for the 1974 through 1977 crops of wheat, shall not be applicable to the 1977 crop of wheat.
