nonapplicability of section 105 of the agricultural act of 1949, as amended, to the 1977 crop of feed grains Sec. 504. Except as otherwise provided in section 501 of this Act, section 105 (a) and (b)(1) of the Agricultural Act of 1949, as added by the Agricultural Act of 1970, as amended, to lie effective only for the 1974 through 1977 crops of feed grains, shall not be applicable to the 1977 crop of feed grains.
