Section 12(d) of the United States Grain Standards Act (90 Stat. 2882; 7 U.S.C. 87a(d)) is amended by striking out “shall, within the five-year period thereafter, maintain complete and accurate records of purchases, sales, transportation, storage, weighing, han-91 STAT. 1025dling, treating, cleaning, drying, blending, and other processing, and official inspection and official weighing of grain,” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “shall maintain such complete and accurate records for such period of time as the Administrator may, by regulation, prescribe for the purpose of the administration and enforcement of this Act,”.
