conforming amendments Sec. 1607. The United States Grain Standards Act of 1976 (90 Stat. 2874 and 2890) is amended as follows: (a) Section 8(b)(4) is amended by striking out “Committee on Agriculture and Forestry” and inserting in lieu thereof “Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry”. (b) Section 27 is amended by inserting “or” immediately after the semicolon at the end of clause (2).
