urban homesteading demonstration Sec. 203. Section 810(g) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 is amended by striking out “and not to exceed $5,000,000 for the fiscal year 1978” and inserting in lieu thereof “and not to exceed $15,000,000 for the fiscal year 1978”.
