reporting requirements Sec. 109. Section 113(a) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 is amended— (1) by striking out “and” at the end of paragraph (1). (2) by striking out the period at the end of paragraph (2) and inserting in lieu thereof: “; and”; and (3) by adding the following new paragraph after paragraph (2): “(3) with respect to the action grants authorized under section 119, a listing of each unit of general local government receiving 91 STAT. 1125funds and the amount of such grants, as well as a brief summary of the projects funded for each such unit, the extent of financial participation by other public or private entities, and the impact on employment and economic activity of such projects during the previous fiscal year.”.
