rehabilitation loans Sec. 111. (a) Section 312(c)(4)(A) of the Housing Act of 1964 is amended— (1) by striking out “the amount of a loan which could be insured by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development under section 220(h) of the National Housing Act” and inserting in lieu thereof “$27,000 per dwelling unit”; and (2) by striking out “under such section”. (b) Section 312(d) of such Act is amended by striking out “and not to exceed $100,000,000 for the fiscal year beginning on October 1, 1976” and inserting in lieu thereof “not to exceed $100,000,000 for the fiscal year beginning on October 1, 1976, and not to exceed $60,000,000 for the fiscal year beginning on October 1, 1977”. (c) Section 312(h) of such Act is amended by striking out “1977” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “1979”.
