Sec. 201. Section 415 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by— (1) amending the table in subsection (b) (1) to read as follows: “The monthly rate of dependency and indemnity compensation shall be $152 reduced by— For each $1 of annual income Which is more But not more than— than— $0. 00 0 $800 . 03 $800 1, 000 . 05 1, 000 1, 200 . 06 1, 200 1, 500 . 08 1, 500 3, 770”; (2) striking out “$3,540” in subsection (b) (3) and inserting in lieu thereof “$3,770”; 91 STAT. 1458 (3) amending the table in subsection (c) (1) to read as follows: “The monthly rate of dependency and indemnity compensation shall be $107 reduced by— For each $1 of annual income Which is more But not more than— than— $0. 00 0 $800 . 02 $800 1, 100 . 05 1, 100 2, 000 . 06 2, 000 3, 770”; (4) striking out “$3,540” in subsection (c) (3) and inserting in lieu thereof “$3,770”; (5) amending the table in subsection (d) (1) to read as follows: “The monthly rate of dependency and indemnity compensation shall be $102 reduced by— For each $1 of annual income Which is more But not more than— than— $0. 00 0 $800 . 02 $800 1, 100 . 05 1, 100 2, 000 . 06 2, 000 3, 770”; (6) striking out “$4,760” in subsection (d) (3) and inserting in lieu thereof “$5,070”; and (7) striking out “$74” in subsection (h) and inserting in lieu thereof “$79”.
