Presidential Inauguration For payment to the District of Columbia in lieu of reimbursements for expenses incurred in connection with Presidential inauguration activities, $5,514,000, as authorized by section 737(b) of the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act, Public Law 93–198, as amended (D.C. Code, sec. 1–1803).
