Family Housing, Defense For an additional amount for Family housing, Defense, $60,000,000 (and an increase of $35,000,000 in the limitation on Department of Defense, operation, maintenance; an increase of $15,000,000 in the limitation on Construction, Army; an increase of $5,000,000 in the limitation on Construction, Navy and Marine Corps; and an increase 91 STAT. 88of $10,000,000 in the limitation on Construction, Air Force): Provided, That none of the funds appropriated herein shall be obligated until authorization for this appropriation is enacted.
