railroad-highway crossings demonstration projects For necessary expenses of railroad-highway crossings demonstration projects, as authorized by section 163 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1973, as amended, and title III of the National Mass Transportation Assistance Act of 1974, to remain available until expended, $16,000,000 of which $10,666,667 shall be derived from the Highway Trust Fund.
