reports to congress Sec. 108. Within three months after the date of enactment of this title, and at six-month intervals until June 30, 1982, and thereafter at twelve-month intervals, the Secretary shall transmit to the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs of the House of Representatives a report containing a detailed statement of his activities under this title.
