Sec. 203. The Veterans’ Administration hospital in Columbia, South Carolina, shall hereafter be known and designed as the “Wm. Jennings Bryan Dorn Veterans’ Hospital”. Any reference to such hospital in any law, regulation, document, or other paper of the United States shall be deemed to be a reference to the Wm. Jennings Bryan Dorn Veterans’ Hospital.
