authorization of appropriations Sec. 502. Paragraph (3) of section 318(a) of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 (16 U.S.C. 1464(a)(3)), is amended to read as follows: “(3) such sums, not to exceed $50,000,000 for each of the fiscal years ending September 30, 1977, and September 30, 1978, and not to exceed $130,000,000 per fiscal year for each of the fiscal years occurring during the period beginning on October 1, 1978, and ending September 30, 1988, as may be necessary for grants under section 308(b);”.
