Sec. 305. The provisions of sections 491 (c) and 491(d) of the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1970, as amended (2 U.S.C. 88b-1), shall not apply to the pay of pages of the Senate and House of Representatives during the period between the recess or adjournment of the second session of the Ninety-fifth Congress and the convening of the first session of the Ninety-sixth Congress. The pay of Senate and House pages shall continue during such period of recess or adjournment.
