Sec. 307. Effective December 1, 1978, none of the funds appropriated by this Act may be used to provide or maintain any utility or custodial service for any office premises of the House of Representatives if such premises is occupied by any organization which was, during 1977, requested by the Speaker of the House of Representatives to vacate such premises.
