Sec. 309. None of the funds contained in this Act shall be used to provide House “Wall Calendars, U.S. Historical Society Calendars, Agriculture Yearbooks, plants from the U.S. Botanic Garden, and92 STAT. 790 shipping trunks, to Members of the House of Representatives, without reimbursement for such items from Member’s official Office Expenses Allowances.
