CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET OFFICE Salaries and Expenses For salaries and expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 (Public Law 93–344), $11,368,000: Provided, That none of these funds shall be available for the purchase or hire of a passenger motor vehicle: Provided further, That none of the funds in this Act shall be available for salaries or expenses of any employee of the Congressional Budget Office in excess of 218 staff employees.
