Department of Defense—Civil Cemeterial Expenses, Army salaries and expenses For necessary expenses, as authorized by law, of maintenance, operation, and improvement of the cemetery at the Soldiers’ and Airmen’s Home and Arlington National Cemetery, including the purchase of one passenger motor vehicle, $5,100,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That reimbursement shall be made to the applicable military appropriation for the pay and allowances of any military personnel performing services primarily for the purposes of this appropriation.
