Sec. 113. Section 641 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1641) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection: “(e) Triennial Reports By Customhouse Brokers.— On February 1, 1979, and on February 1 of each third year thereafter, each person who is licensed as a customhouse broker under this section shall file with the Secretary a report as to— “(1) whether such person is actively engaged in business as a customhouse broker; and “(2) the name under, and the address at, which such business is being transacted.”.
