rest and recuperation travel Sec. 407. (a) Section 911(9) of the Foreign Service Act of 1946 (22 U.S.C. 1136(9)) is amended by inserting “or to the United States” immediately after “serving” the second place it appears. (b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect on October 1, 1978.
