Allowances and Office Staff for Former Presidents For carrying out the provisions of the Act of August 25, 1958, as amended (3 U.S.C. 102 note) , and Public Law 95–138, $771,000: Provided, That the Administrator of General Services shall transfer to the Secretary of the Treasury such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of such Acts.
